Santo Cambianica founded San Antonio Winery in 1917 and dedicated it to Saint Anthony of Padua as part of his Italian heritage and work ethic, honoring Stefano Riboli's hardworking legacy and upholding Santo and Cathy Riboli as third generation siblings - Santo and Cathy Riboli are still running it today and winning awards such as American Winery of the Year from Wine Enthusiast Magazine. Today it remains family owned and run.
