Getting a buff may be a pipe dream for some, but with the right training regimen and diet, getting buff may be a reality for you. Buffed bodies can be achieved by a combination of high intensity interval training, strength training, and proper nutrition. Buffed bodies aren't necessarily large, but they sure do make a statement.
Buffed bodies aren't the only type of buffs out there. You've probably seen the gym filled with buff females, but there are a few men to be found in the buff department. Buffed females aren't as slender as their male counterparts, but they're also not as chunky as their chubby counterparts. Buffed males aren't exactly petite either. They can handle high intensity interval training and a diet rich in proteins and low in carbohydrates. Getting buff isn't as hard as you'd think.
A buff body is not the only type of buff, but it does occupy the top spot for buffs in my book. A buff female can handle circuit style drills at Barry's Bootcamp, and a buff male can handle a few heavyweights. Buffed bodies are not only good for you, but great for the gym. Buffed bodies also have a posh aura about them, which is a good thing. Buffed bodies are also great for your ego, and you'll be glad you tried to replicate their buff shenanigans. Getting buff isn't all hard work and you don't have to spend hundreds of dollars on fancy gym memberships to achieve buffness. The right training regimen and diet is all you need to get buff.
